Booking
1. The client and I will have a consultation to discuss the logistics of the photo shoot. Once that meeting takes place, we will begin the scheduling process.
2. After our consultation, you will receive an email with your invoice and contract. A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time for ALL sessions. The date and time agreed upon in our consultation will be reserved and I will not make other reservations for that date or time. For this reason, deposits are non – refundable. Payment is due in full 48 hours before the session. There will be a $50 late fee if payment is not made by the final due date.
3. When shooting outdoors, the best time to shoot is either early in the day or the afternoon/evening. Reason being, the position of the sun can make or break your photograph. To ensure that you receive quality images, these times are recommended. However, I am available any time of day that best fits your schedule.
4. Studio Rental. We will schedule your session at the studio we agree to use. Most studios require either a deposit or full payment (the price of the studio rental is included in the rate), which will be paid at the time of booking.
Day of…
1. Please be on time. We understand that life happens, so if you think you will arrive late, please contact us. There will be a 15 minutes grace period. After that, you will have to reschedule. If you reschedule and you are late again, you will forfeit your payment and another photo shoot will not be rescheduled.
2. Please come prepared. Makeup, hair, outfit, etc., should be together when you arrive. Failure to comply will result your in session being terminated and your payment will be forfeited. I will allow a 15-minute grace period for small touch ups and outfit changes.
3. Only the person(s) being photographed should be on location. Attendance is limited to only those individuals being photographed. Additional people can be a distraction to the photographer and the subject.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
1. Rescheduling. In the event that rescheduling is necessary due to inclement weather, illness, personal and/or family emergencies, a new session will be scheduled. If a new date is not scheduled within 60 days of the payment date, your session and the fees will be forfeited.
If I am unable fulfill my obligation on the day of the session, due to illness, personal and/or family emergencies, a new session date will be requested. If I am unable to accommodate you after the original date, a refund will be issued.
Post Photoshoot
You will receive a digital gallery of edited images (number of images depends on the package you selected here) within 10 business days of the session.
